"Prosecco On Wheels" is our fleet of bespoke traveling bars. They are designed to move around the world and take part in different types of premium events. The bars are inspired by a mix of Chinese local street food culture and the iconic Italian aperitivo lifestyle.

J ohn W Danzi - Chief Marketing Officer   Purposely doesn’t look, sound or feel Italian, yet promises to have the best of Italy imprinted in his core.  Born and raised in Milan, graduated in London, he’s the China Veteran of the group. Stable in the Middle Kingdom for ~ 8 years, speaks fluent Chinese and is an avid thrill-seeker in constant search for challenging activities and mystical journeys (yet is terrified of Stinky Tofu and Durian).  They call him “The Ninja” because of his physical prowess and functional abilities of a Ninja Warrior, and he brings a lot of these skills over to business with his extensive expertise in marketing, sales and digital media.  Big China enthusiast, pro-active and motivated business man, he’s the motivator and soul of the project.

John W Danzi - Chief Marketing Officer

E MANUELE ASCOLI - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER   The most international of the lads, having lived, studied and worked in multiple countries including Italy, England, Brasil & India.  Currently in China since 2015, he is a well known high roller with extensive experience in the F&B and Wine industries. Sometimes cocky, with a very debatable taste on sport tracksuits and a weird obsession with ski gloves, he is well known for his business acumen, entrepreneurial skills and go-getter mentality.  Keeping a close eye on financials, he’s the most pragmatic and analytical of the lot. He likes to hustle as much as he likes to play - you can easily have him hold an 8-hour business workshop during the day, yet see him take down trays of Kamikaze shots that same evening in some of Shanghai’s filthiest venues.

EMANUELE ASCOLI - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

L uca Oldani - Chief Executive Officer   a modern day warrior with quads of steel and calves thicker than “General Sherman” (renowned redwood tree from the Sequoia National Park in California).  He embodies the mental fortitude & energy required to set up and run a company in these very complex modern days, and he brings to the table experience, conviction and an all-round solidity in the way he conducts business.  Honest, trustworthy and reliable, he has a slightly disturbing passion for Goji Berries and Cayenne Pepper. Apart from these quirky traits, he’s an all round solid partner and a “Mint” VIP Membership card owner – you always need one of these in your clan.
